DJs in a Cathedral? Popup live performances? Immersive visuals?
It must be Mercury Soul!

On November 7th, we invite you to attend Mercury Soul at Grace Cathedral

This all-ages event brings Mercury Soul’s hip fusion of DJs, live classical music, visual art and immersive projections to SF’s iconic Grace Cathedral. Explore and roam through the awe-inspiring architecture of Grace Cathedral, surreally converted into an otherworldly realm through music and vibrant immersive projections.

Groove to electrifying DJ sets by DJ Rob Garza (Thievery Corporation), DJ Masonic (Mason Bates) and DJ Justin Reed (illmeasures), interwoven with live classical performances. The Young Women’s Chorus of San Francisco, The Mercury Soul Cello Octet, violin prodigy Ava Pakiam, soprano Aaliyah Capili, harpist Julia Gruenbaum, and percussionist Ben Paysen will bring to life works by Phillip Glass, Arvo Pärt, Mason Bates, Hildegard, Debussy, Aurora and more!

Let the music transport you from classic masterpieces to a dance party and back again! Strike a pose at our selfie spot! Wander, listen, and dance at this magical integration of the arts in a fun and atmospheric environment.
